Product Overview

Spec Mix Portland, Lime & Sand masonry mortar is a dry pre-blended mortar mix containing portland cement, hydrated lime and dried masonry sand, formulated for superior bond, water retention and board life.

This product is available in mortar types M,S and N although we stock only Type S and Type N.

Any masonry mortar should be compatible with the characteristics of the type of masonry unit being installed, and this mortar offers some advantages over regular masonry cement which may make it a better choice in certain situations.

This pre-mixed product eliminates the inconsistency involved in hand mixing and reduces waste on site due to no sand piles being required and no wasted materials left over on site.

The product can be custom ordered pre-coloured subject to certain minimum order quantities and other custom order requirements.
